  Journals

  At present around 900 e-Journals including Nature, Science etc. are accessible from Bioinformatics Centre under DBT’s DeLCON facility. The centre has extended this facility to other Science departments, Computer Centre and Library also. Students, Researchers and Teachers of different departments of the university and nearby institutes are regularly utilizing this facility. Moreover, Assam University Journal of Science & Technology and some other printed journals are also available.

  Internet

  In addition to University network, Bioinformatics Centre has an independent multiuser internet connection with a speed of 1-8 MBPS. All computers in the centre are connected to internet.

  The Bioinformatics Centre has an independent Library with more than 200 Books on Bioinformatics, Biology, Biochemistry, Mathematics, Computer Fundamentals, Databases and Computer Programming etc.
